Where BIM today?

Since when BIM is used for? The answer is actually quite simple. Since the time when two people together built a house. The two people had to agree on the procedure. At that time there was not yet the term. Historically I call the state once BIM 0D. People have already more than under the old three dimensions, but have not put into writing. Previously, it has already given buildings that were used in ancient times from the first man. The builder was nature.

Every software vendor, though it is the same theme, created his own philosophy for his tools and also developed as a basis its own data format. For planning and construction of a building businesses need other software products that deal with the issues of cost and time. The graphical model is not enough.
